Rearview Cameras That Are Compatible With GPS

Rearview cameras record the happenings around a vehicle. The recorded information is useful in situations such as accidents and hit-and-runs. Dry Rider
The Dry Rider is a combination GPS, rear camera, MP3 and voice navigation system. Housed in a waterproof case with an OmniPixel2 sensor, the camera offers a 70-degree angle view. The camera's dimensions are 1.25-inches-by-1.25-inches.

The system has a preloaded map o+f the U.S. and Canada, a built-in FM transmitter and a 4.3-inch touch screen. The system is for use on motorcycles but comes with a Bluetooth portable car kit. The MP3 player plays via the SD card slot.

The operating system of the GPS is the Windows CE.NET 4.2. Tork Helmet speakers are included with the system. Dry Rider carry a six-month warranty from the original purchase date.

Built In GPS System
The Rydeen Rear View Mirror with GPS kit has the GPS system and the rearview camera built into the mirror. The entire rearview mirror is 10 inches and the GPS navigation screen is 3.5 inches. The mirror system offer hands-free calling Bluetooth technology, a touch panel and a built-in speaker. Caller ID and text to speech is available.

The system provides turn-by-turn views as wells as 2-D and 3-D pictures. The system records points of interest and has two addition video inputs. Map information updates via the SD card slot. The SD card slot also acts as a music and movie player and a picture viewer.
